You can revoke your order within 14 days.

After receiving your package, you have 14 days to return the goods to us.
It is sufficient if you send the package within this period.

Please also fill out our returns form and include it with the package.

Important:

• You bear the return costs yourself (see cancellation policy).
• Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect.
• Return the goods undamaged and clean.
• If possible, in the original packaging with all accessories.
• If the original packaging is no longer available, please pack everything well to avoid transport damage.
•  You only have to compensate for a loss in value if the goods have been used more than necessary for normal inspection (e.g. trying on).

As soon as the goods have been received and checked by us, we will refund the amount to you using the same payment method that you used for your order.
